Terms
Terms of service. In plain words.
These terms apply when you use Verifyum: the website, the HTTP API, the hosted MCP endpoint and the local MCP server. By using the service you accept them. Last updated 5 November 2026.
Who we are
The operator
Verifyum is operated by AI SENSE AS, Oslo, Norway. Questions go to support@aisense.no, and reports of misuse to abuse@aisense.no. How we handle personal data is described on the Privacy page.
The service
What Verifyum does
Verifyum anchors a commitment to your file on Solana Mainnet and lets anyone check the resulting proof. Your device computes the commitment. We never receive the file, its name, its hash or the nonce.
A finalized proof shows that a commitment to the exact file bytes existed no later than the estimated Solana block time. It does not prove authorship, ownership, legal signature validity, when the file was first created, or that its contents are true. What a proof is worth as evidence is for its reader, a court or another authority to judge.
Price and limits
Free for now, with limits
Creating and checking proofs is currently free, and AI SENSE AS pays the Solana network fee. That is our current policy, not a promise for the future. Proofs already made stay checkable whatever happens to the policy, because they live on a public ledger.
To keep the service available to everyone, we limit how many proofs one source can create per hour and per day. We may refuse or slow down requests that look automated, abusive or harmful to the service.
Permanence
An anchor cannot be undone
An anchor is a public transaction on Solana. Neither you nor we can withdraw, change or delete it, and the proof record is public. Treat the existence of a proof as public, even though it reveals nothing about the file.
Keep your original file and the receipt or private draft your client gives you. Without them the proof cannot be checked against the file, and we cannot recreate a lost draft.
Acceptable use
What you may not do
Do not use Verifyum to attack, overload or probe the service or anyone else, to get around its limits, or in breach of the law. We never see what you anchor, so you are responsible for having the right to make a proof about it. We may block a source that breaks these terms.
No guarantee
As it is
We work to keep Verifyum available and correct, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind. It depends on the Solana network and on other third parties we do not control.
To the extent the law allows, AI SENSE AS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Norwegian law, or your rights as a consumer.
Open source
Code you can read
The verification code and the local MCP server are published under the MIT license, and that license governs their use.
Changes and law
When the terms change
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and a change applies to use of the service from that date.
Norwegian law applies. Disputes go to the Norwegian courts, with Oslo District Court as the first instance, unless mandatory consumer rules give you the right to another venue.
